These Days Revisted

A Re-envisioning of These days with Video.

G’day friends.

Hope you are holding up while the framework of modern society crumbles. Strange days, all we can do is resist in our own little way and retreat into art and connection. Online outrage will not change things, Actions do. I have to remind myself of that daily. Whether I’m writing letters to politicians or showing up in protest or just writing about it, I am reminded of those who have came before to pave the way to human rights and true freedom. I am a spiritual human, I pray for peace. I start in my mind.

I wanted to share this cool video and version I made of “These Days”

The video contains a live off-the-floor version of the song with overdubs of bass, harmonies and percussions by moi! It was a creative afternoon over here at the studio and I’m chuffed with the results. The video shows clips of me making the song with footage from my studio, Neighbourhood Recorders here in Victoria B.C.
