I woke up this morning in search of some joy. As a person who feels deeply, the world we are living in lately is a dissapointment to say the least. That isnt to say that we are devoid of good people doing beautiful things, quite the opposite. But we’ve read this book before and I’m fucking tired of it. So I woke up this morning in search of some joy. I ran around Thetis Lake (I’m gonna refer to it as Loch Thetis from now on though) and nature did its thing. She holds all we need and so much more but the fools we are as men will not bend to her simple freedom. But I digress, the other night I found a whole bunch of clips from our 2023 European tour that had me in stitches. I have been touring with Ryland Moranz for 10 years this month! Wow. We have been through a lot of life during that time. He has been a beautiful travelling companion to be sure. So much so, that recently my therapist said “Too bad you couldnt just marry Ryland” I explained that we are tour married. Thats good enough for me.
